LocalSign has no backend and no contact form — feedback is by email, and your documents never leave your device. We read every message.

Privacy: please do not upload or email sensitive PDFs unless you are comfortable sharing them. We don’t need your files to fix most issues — a description of the problem is usually enough.
What to include in a bug report
The more of this you can share, the faster we can help:
- What happened, and what you expected instead
- Step-by-step actions to reproduce it
- Your browser and version (e.g. Chrome 120, Safari 17)
- Your device / OS (e.g. Windows 11, iPhone 15)
- Which page or tool (e.g.
/editor,/tools/split) - The type of PDF — only if it’s safe to describe (e.g. “a scanned 10-page form”). Never send confidential files.
