About LocalSign

LocalSign is a free, privacy-first PDF editor and toolkit that runs entirely in your web browser. Add text, dates, images, and a simple electronic signature mark to a PDF, or merge, split, organize, rotate, and delete pages — all without uploading your files.

Privacy-first, browser-only

Your PDFs are processed locally in your browser. The application does not upload your documents to any server, and there is no cloud storage or document database. Loading the website itself requires the usual network requests for the page’s code, styles, and images — but your documents stay on your device.

What you won’t find here

• No account or sign-in.
• No watermark on your exported files.
• No analytics and no tracking.
• No cookies, unless strictly required for the page to function.

What it is — and is not

LocalSign places a simple electronic signature mark. It is not a legal, identity-verification, notary, or certified digital-signature service, and it does not guarantee the legal validity of any document. Please read the Disclaimer before using it for important documents.
