Add a watermark to a PDF, free
Add a text watermark (for example DRAFT or CONFIDENTIAL) across your pages, with control over opacity, rotation, size, color, and which pages it applies to.
Files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to a server. No account, no watermark, no tracking.
How to use it
- Open the editor and choose a PDF.
- Open Enhance and choose Watermark.
- Set the text, opacity, rotation, and page scope.
- Download the PDF.
Good to know
- A watermark is a visual annotation created by you.
- It does not protect, certify, or legally mark a document.
Privacy & honesty
Your documents stay on your device — LocalSign has no servers that receive your files. Signatures, stamps, highlights, shapes, and other annotations are visual changes created by you. LocalSign does not verify, certify, notarize, or legally validate documents.
